Incredible food and the service was actually OUTSTANDING!!

I was already excited to try this spot out, but was not expecting to find such a gem. I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Once we had gotten there, we were able to get seated before the rest of our party got there -- which we really appreciated. The few of us there were able to get started on appetizers and drinks, and take that time to look over the vast menu options.

The restaurant is split between their hot pot menu and their food menu. Our table got a mix of both, but everyone was incredibly satisfied with everything that we got.

I personally had the spicy hell's ramen, which had a great level of spice. They're really generous with their portions and ingredients, and everything down to their molten egg was perfect.

At one point, there was some sort of burn that caused the restaurant to smoke up. The restaurant apologized and took off 10% of our bill -- we would've been happy with just the kind apology they gave us, but they really went above and beyond to make our experience so wonderful.

The food was incredible and the portions were generous. The staff there were extremely attentive, patient, and friendly.

It's definitely worth the visit! Make a reservation as it tends to fill up quickly for dinner.

great Happy Hour!!! loved the lobster ragoons and the $1 oyster :) my friend loved her shu mai. Very beautiful presentation as well. 5$ for each appetizer.

I also got the ramen which i wasn't too impressed by. Nothing too crazy and would try something new next time.

Would love to try their hot pot sometime!

Overall, good broth, a decent selection of beef and vegetables, great presentation, and poor service.

I came here for hotpot. It's a bit of a cozy place; I'd like to note that there is a large table right by the entrance door, so watch out for that, if you're coming in during peak hours.
The hotpot stoves are built into the tables, which is fine for the two-person tables, but awkward for the larger tables, depending on how many people you have.

Broth is good, the menu has a good selection of beef and vegetables, but not lamb. The meat is cut slightly thick. The "american wagyu" is the new york strip cut. The regular "beef" and "lamb" on the menu are awful, and I didn't try the "Japanese Wagyu," but all of the other beef types are good, and come as expected. Unfortunately, they didn't have lamb shoulder.

Been here multiple times for ramen (yum) and today was my first time in for hot pot. We got the spicy Szechuan base (not bad) and the meat supreme w/ lamb pork and beef. There's chicken offered but that sounds weird to me and is also very atypical for hot pot... the meat combo came with udon noodles on the sides and some veggies (Chinese greens not sure what they're called, taro, corn, napa cabbage, mushroom). We also got a serving of the Taiwanese soup pork dumplings. Dumplings were ok, wouldn't get again. We only got it because they were out of the spicy calamari :((
The hot pot was nice and they said it was shareable for two people but it really felt like one hearty portion. It would be ok if I wasn't hungry but I also grew up always having a feast during hot pot. If you wanted to have a feast here you would rack up a HUGE bill. All in all ok but I wish for more food. I would rather come here for ramen, it was more filling. We also got the Japanese whiskey flight to share, and they were able to give us extra glasses to split. Awesome assortment, really different flavors. A barkeep came out to explain each sample to us. The service was a bit slow at the end which was weird for a Sunday night especially since the other tables were being addressed. Overall obviously coming back bc it's good soup and noodles on the Cambridge area, but I would always go for the ramen in the future! And I recommend to try their sake / Japanese whiskey selection.

The All You Can Eat option is about ~35 bucks a person. We were there at noon and for the first thirty minutes, service was prompt for our drinks and appetizer. We ordered the Spicy Szechuan and Tonkotsu broth. The food was good. After we had finished our first round of food, we realized our waiter had not come back to our table. We signaled another waiter to help us get our waiter to have our second round of food. The second waiter returned after five minutes and said he would help us instead after he dropped off water at another table. We waited another twenty minutes. The manager came to our table and we explained that we had ordered the all you can get option and only received one round of food and we asked to be charged a la carte instead. The manager came back with the bill and finally apologized. He applied a 20 percent discount. This service was uncalled for and at the very least our waiter could've come by and apologized. We left still hungry and were there for 1.5 hours. Ridiculous.
